Onbridge won the 'Hyukshin(innovation) Award' at the FIX 2024 Innovation Awards, a future innovation technology fair held in Daegu on the 22nd, Oct. The FIX 2024 Innovation Awards is an awards ceremony held to discover and reward promising companies in the mobility, IT, and robotics industries with world-class technology and competitiveness, thereby enhancing global market competitiveness. Awards are given in three categories: future mobility, ABB, and robots. Onbridge won the Innovation Award in the future mobility among the three categories for its 300KW(1000V300A) High-voltage Cycler.

Currently, battery inspection equipment that satisfies both the convenience of demanders and reasonable prices is not supplied domestically or internationally. In particular, engineers capable of handling high-voltage, high-current technology are rare in Korea, and there are no companies willing to invest in the cost of equipment development, so new companies that have increased their competitiveness with good quality and aftercare services are not emerging.

Onbridge has thrown down the gauntlet to this market with the following five special features:
1. Application of digital method: Applying digital method instead of analog method for convenient battery performance measurement data collection
2. Easy and convenient UI: Developing a convenient UI that can be easily operated by anyone, even a non-expert, rather than equipment that requires experts within the organization due to complicated and unintuitive UI usage
3. Sleek design: Unlike crude industrial equipment, the housing has a sleek design
4. 2-year free after care warranty: Firmware updates, malfunction repairs, etc. are provided free of charge for 2 years
5. Reasonable price and fast delivery: Equipment that can be received within 4 months at a price 20% lower than products distributed on the market

In addition, the cycler is equipped with an AC-DC/DC-DC bidirectional converter, increasing power efficiency by more than 93%, and demonstrating technological prowess by applying a resonant circuit to increase efficiency during boosting. It is equipped with safety with a load-distributed housing that can dissipate heat under rated output conditions. In particular, the outer case not only has a sleek design, but it is also designed to be split in two, making maintenance and assembly easy.

Onbridge's award at the FIX 2024 Innovation Awards is significant in that it recognizes such technological prowess and innovation. An Onbridge official said about the award, "We believe that the award was possible because the company's technological innovation and service-oriented mindset were in line with the evaluation direction of the 2024 Innovation Awards judging panel. We will continue to prove through our products that the needs of the market we are looking at are right."

Meanwhile, Onbridge will unveil the actual 300KW high-voltage cycler that won the Innovation Award this time at the FIX 2024 Startup Arena, a future innovation technology expo, starting on Wednesday the 23rd. At the site, you can see a scene where the battery pack and cycler are connected to directly demonstrate charging and discharging.
